VENDOR INVOICE | Getaway Bride

Vendors will be required to bring your own table. Tables and chairs will not be provide. Single tents will not be provided. 

• 6'x3' spaces are within the Colonial House 
• 6'x4' spaces are within the Carriage House, Carriage Bride + Groom Suites, and Tented Yard 
• Food Trucks will need to coordinate sizing for best location.

CLEANLINESS: Please clean your set-ups completely once the event is over (no earlier than 2:00 PM), including trash and debris on the floor. Please clean your booth completely after you are finished, you must bring your trash out with you due to strict local regulations. Your set-up should be completely cleaned up by 3:00 PM, NO LATER. 

TICKETS: Early Bird $10 Tickets & Door Tickets $15.00 can be purchased at maraeventsllc.com

FOOD VENDORS: Food vendors selling food will need to submit a Temporary Food Permit to the Township of East Amwell, NJ. The fee is "1 TO 3 DAYS" $100.00 for the permit with checks made payable to “East Amwell Township”. Application must be submitted seven (7) days prior to event, and late applications will not be accepted. Food vendors handing out samples for free will NOT be required to submit a Temporary Food Permit to the Township of East Amwell, NJ. 

Your vendor spot will be opened to waitlist vendors if not paid by 04/19/2023
