Begin by scheduling a discovery meeting and filling out our simple form. This form ensures we have your date available to serve you.

It's were we chat to understand your needs. Whether it's choosing a theme or figuring out the planning services you require, we dive deep into your event details, its planning stage, and how we can assist.
NEXT STEPS
Based on our discussion, we'll estimate the time needed to create a tailored proposal. Each event is unique, so the time required may vary—ranging from a few days to a month. Planning ahead is key!
REVIEWING YOUR PROPOSAL
We'll schedule a follow-up meeting to go over the proposal together. You have the flexibility to make adjustments—whether it's aligning with your budget or refining ideas. One revision is included; additional revisions may incur a fee.

Keep in mind that bookings for Discovery Meetings close two days before the session starts. We're here to make your event planning journey smooth and stress-free!
